  • 2 limon (ince dilimlenmiş)
  • 10-12 nane yaprağı
  • 1 limon suyu
  • 2  litre su

Yapılışı

Tüm malzeme karıştırılır ve bir gece demlenmesi  için bekletilir. Sonrasında gün boyu  su ihtiyacınız olduğunda, şişkinlik hissettiğinizde rahatlıkla tüketebilirsiniz. Hazırlanan bu karışım buzdolabında 3 gün saklanabilir. Limonlu taze naneli su hem vücudunuzun ihtiyacı olan elektrolitleri ve C vitaminini sağlar hem de cildiniz için harikadır. Ayrıca vücudumuzu alkali yaparak, bir çok hastalığa karşı da koruma sağlar.
